Evidence of your reflexology qualifications. A clear scan or photograph of your certificate is suitable.
Evidence of your insurance, if you are currently insured. Upload your policy schedule showing your current cover and the activities or therapies insured. If insurance is unavailable in your country, select the appropriate option on the form.
Your training details. You will be asked about your education provider, course dates, qualifications and case studies.
