IFR aims to make its information and membership services accessible to as many people as possible. We want you to be able to find what you need, understand our information and get in touch for support.

Using our website

Our website is designed to support different devices and ways of browsing, including keyboard navigation and assistive technology. Features intended to help you use the site include:

  • Keyboard access to navigation, links and expandable menus
  • Visible focus indicators to help you follow your position when using a keyboard
  • Layouts that adapt to mobile phones, tablets and desktop screens
  • Clear headings and descriptive links to help you find information
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images
  • Reduced animation when your device or browser requests reduced motion
  • Colour choices intended to make text easier to read

Membership, payments and documents

Some account, payment and document services are provided through separate services, which may work differently from the main website. If you have difficulty signing in, applying for membership, making a payment or reading a document, please contact us so we can help you find a suitable way to continue.

Help accessing information

If you need information in a different format or cannot complete a task on our website, email info@intfedreflexologists.org. Let us know what you need and which format or way of communicating would work best for you. We will discuss how we can help.

Report an accessibility problem

Your feedback helps us identify barriers and improve the website. When reporting a problem, please include:

  • The address or title of the page you were using
  • What you were trying to do and what went wrong
  • Your device and browser, if you know them
  • Any assistive technology you were using, if relevant

You do not need to share medical information to ask for help. Please do not include passwords or payment details in your message.
